A little story about my weight loss journey, I struggle losing weight for a long time, am sure a lot of people have problems losing those unwanted pounds. especially when a woman turns 40 years, her chances of losing weight fast drop.
This was my problem. no matter how hard I exercise, I can’t seem to lose weight. I tried different ways to lose weight, nothing worked. until I decided to start eating oatmeal and cereal but what I realize is that the oatmeal drop my weight by 1 pound a day with exercise.
I struggle with eating the same type of food every day but I did it for 2 weeks and I lost 10 pounds. I added a natural thyroid supplement plus an oak smoothie and the result improve.

What Is The Different Between Instant Oats And Rolled Oats?
Instant Oats is highly processed and thin, a lot of the natural healthy stuff is removed, which is not too good for your health even though it is a common oat most individuals buy. it is also softer and easy on the mouth. instant oat has low fiber compared to rolled oat.
Instant oat is very quick to make, you add it in a bowl and add milk or water, and set a timer for 1 minute, and you are done.
Because of the process of oatmeal softness, it is a great choice for an oats smoothie.
Rolled oat is my favorite choice, it is not processed and it has high fiber which is good for weight loss and helps with bowel movement but it does take more time to make about 5 to 6 minutes and It doesn’t get soft like instant oatmeal.
it is also not processed at all and your body will benefit more from rolled oat. you can soak rolled oat overnight to make It easier to use in the morning.
Both oats are good for the body but if you want to have a chance of getting rid of those unwanted pounds, I recommended rolled oat because of the high fiber, we need fiber in the body in other to lose weight.

Instant Oats: This is a great choice and it will blend well into the blender, which provides a smooth texture and is easy to drink.
Low Fat Milk: I am using low-fat milk because it doesn’t contain fat which is beneficial when trying to lose weight, if you are making an oats smoothie without thinking about weight loss, then use whole milk.
Another option is to add almond milk which I love. it is a great substitute for weight loss.
Apple – I am adding apple in this oat smoothie because apples are sweet and will give the oat smoothie a sweeter taste plus it has fiber. you can also use other fruits such as strawberries, berries, bananas,s and many more.
Dates – I am using dates in my oats smoothie, I like dates and it is good for your digestive system. always use fresh dates and avoid dry dates. fresh dates will make the oats smoothie taste better. I am not using any sugar or sweetener on this oat smoothie, dates already gave it the perfect taste.
If you need a sweeter taste, add honey which is also healthy for the body.
Cinnamon – If you are making an oats smoothie base on weight loss, add a little cinnamon to your smoothie, if you are not making the oats smoothie because of weight loss, then you don’t need cinnamon, it has a strong smell and taste.
